Super Hotel O Mumbai Central Formerly Park Palace, Mumbai

I had a pretty mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated, but they lacked windows and a TV, making them pretty basic. The service was a bit rough; there was no sense of hospitality, and I felt that could be improved.
